How to pay Customs Import Vat Duty Tax in Korea. Step by Step with Photos

If you get something shipped for over $150 USD it will be held by CUSTOMS so you will have to pay a tax on it for it to be delivered to you. The example I will provide is assuming you have access to online banking in Korea. (If you don’t you have to go to the nearest bank and pay directly)

1. Go to the online banking website for example: https://www.kebhana.com/
2. Login and change language to KOREAN
3. Click on 공과금
4. Click on  국세/관세
5. Click 관세
6. Click 전자납부번호 조회
7. Enter your “Electronic Filing Number”
